Shell Scheme Booths

The details of the shell scheme booth and layout plans are noted below. The structural elements are rental Octanorm system with silver poles/frames and white infill panels.

The venue is carpeted in carpet tiles, mostly in a light moss green color.

For this reason, carpet is not included in the shell scheme booth. If you would like a different color for the carpet, please order using the form for additional flooring coverings.

If you do not order anything in advance this is how your booth will look when you arrive onsite. Furnishing or electrical items must be ordered and paid in advance by using the appropriate form (please refer to the checklist).

Should you have a corner booth, on the second aisle side a fascia is provided without a nameplate. Please be advised that the wall panels are only provided for 2 sides.

Note that you may not use pins, staples, or any kind of non-removable glue on the wall panels, if you have posters or graphics you would like to mount on any of the fittings you must use either double-sided tape or sellotape.

Any damage to the wall panels will be charged to the exhibitor at a rate of 22,000 yen per panel.approperiate

Upgrade Shell Scheme Booth (Shell Scheme Exhibitors Only)

Shell scheme exhibitors have the option to upgrade to this fully furnished package booth for an extra fee.

The standard carpet for this booth is grey, however, you may change this for no extra cost up until the deadline using the order form.

The nameplate also has space for a company logo, you must supply data in the correct format for printing. For details on how to order refer to the forms via the checklist.

LED Spotlights are attached above the nameplate as indicated on the floor layout.

If there are furniture items, you would like to order which are not listed in our manual please contact Sakura International Inc. directly with your requirements. We will do our best to accommodate your needs/request.

Please make sure to order electricity and furniture in advance via Sakura International by using the order forms at the end of this manual.

Odering

Sakura International Inc. is responsible for setting up the exhibition halls, supplying utilities, building shell scheme booths, producing graphics and arranging optional furnishings/services.

Please follow the ordering instructions and submit your applications by the deadline. This will ensure that the setup proceeds smoothly and you receive all the required services.

Note there is a 3-tiered pricing system, so we encourage exhibitors to order early to take advantage of the discount pricing.

There are 2 price types available (standard and discounted). The discounted price is applicable up until the deadline. You need to submit your order July 16, 2021 to be eligible for this pricing. For all orders received by the deadline we guarantee delivery on time. Orders submitted after the deadline will be charged at the standard price. Orders after July 27, 2021 will be regarded as onsite orders and incur additional 20% surcharges from the standard price. Onsite orders may be acceptable, but we cannot guarantee their availability.

Only orders accompanied by full payment can be processed.

Your orders will automatically be cancelled unless you complete the payment by the payment deadline.

When you order you also need to indicate where in the booth you want the additional furniture to be located. Please use the form via the checklist.

Payment

All additional furniture items are chargeable. After you have ­filled out the forms please submit them by email. 

Payment must be made directly to Sakura International Inc. by bank transfer within a week after an invoice is issued. Your orders will automatically be cancelled unless you complete the payment by the payment deadline.

Items ordered onsite must be paid either by yen cash or by credit card at the Sakura onsite help desk. Payment must be made at time of order, then Items will be delivered.

If you have any specifi­c formatting, wording or addressing requirements for the invoice please advise these details before issue. A re-issue fee of 200 yen will be charged for any revisions after the deadline/initial invoice is issued.

All bank charges are to be paid by applicant. Please request your bank to remit the funds with the “OUR” instructions. (Details of Charges: OUR)

Receipts will not be issued unless specially requested.

Cancellation Policy

Please make payment by the due date indicated on the invoice. (The payment due will be set within a week after the invoice is issued.) Orders will not be confirmed unless payment is made. Please note that if your payment is not confirmed by the due date, the order will be automatically cancelled.

There will be a cancellation fee applicable for cancellations accepted after the payment. Cancellation fee will also be applicable if the event is called off, postponed or the exhibitor wishes to cancel by any cause beyond their control and force majeure.

The cancellation fee will be calculated as per below schedule and based on the date of cancellation accepted:

*Any transaction fees incurred from cancellation and refunds are to be exhibitor’s burden.

Note: For woodworking construction, graphic printing, and any other specially customized orders, the cancellation fee of 100% of the amount will be charged after August 6, 2021

Delivery

Furniture and electricity will only be delivered to the booth after payment is confirmed. This also applies to onsite orders.

Once payment has been received it is not possible to refund or swap items ordered. Onsite order cannot be guaranteed.

If the furniture you have ordered is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute a similar item.
